Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The property seems to suffer from neglect, with signs of wear evident everywhere. Although the breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly, I was definitely let down by the overall condition of the rooms and the service upon checking in. For the price, I expected a lot more, and I left feeling like I overpaid for a mediocre experience.
Our stay was quite mixed. The breakfast was enjoyable in a spacious room decorated with Route 66 memorabilia, and the room itself was comfortable with the needed amenities. On the downside, the constant noise from the nearby train tracks was disruptive, and we encountered issues with cleanliness and service, particularly during breakfast rush hours.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was decent, close to downtown and easily accessible. However, the reservation process was a nightmare, as they canceled my booking last minute. The room itself was comfortable, though it could use some updates. Overall, it's a mixed bag, with some good aspects overshadowed by poor management practices.
I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. The room was adequate for the price, but the service was exceptionally poor and made my stay quite frustrating. I encountered a rude employee upon arrival and that set a negative tone for my stay. Although I only needed a place for one night, I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone given the lack of professionalism and cleanliness issues.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The big bed and late hours for the swimming pool were definite highlights. However, we faced some serious issues like spikes in the carpet that caused injuries and the lack of clean water during our stay. Breakfast was chaotic due to a tour group, making it hard to find a seat. While I appreciated the $20 discount offered by the manager, it barely compensated for the overall experience, leaving us disappointed.
